Meaning of 'Luminifer'
    Luminifer was inspired by the term "luminiferous aether". The adjective "luminiferous" means "generating, yielding, or transmitting light.". The suffix "-fer" means "one who bears" while "-ferous" means "bearing, yielding or generating". So, I used my ~~poor~~ grammar skills and decided that "luminifer" must mean "One who bears light". The term is not related to me in any way. I just thought about all those fictional hero(in)es I like who bring "light" to a world in darkness, and their inspiration throughout my life.

The purpose of luminifer.net
    This website was created to provide progress on projects and samples of artwork. Basically, I wanted luminifer.net to behave like a portfolio. It is becoming more of a personal domain, though, and I am okay with that. I don't see myself getting into the art field, career wise, so making a site solely dedicated to my work is not really necessary anymore. I am just using this site for fun, I guess; and to neatly organize all of my digitial things. ^^;;
